Manoj is an amazing productivity coach.

He has great knowledge of his subject but struggled to monetise.

He has been trying a lot of things for the last two years.

We sat together, and I deeply understood his why and vision. Then, we started working on the fundamentals.

1/ Value Proposition.

He was clear about the value that he was bringing, but it was all in his head.

He was not able to articulate in a manner his audience would understand.

In Fact, he was not clear about his target audience.

We finalised the target audience, did some research using my market research frameworks and were able to craft the ideal client persona. (ICP)

Now, he was clear about who he would help and how he could help them.

We created a strong, clear value proposition that helped him attract the right audience.

2/ No-brainer Offer.

Manoj doesn't have a core offer.

All he was selling was random customised service based on requests.

Three big problems were there:
